- 50-minute Private Yoga Session with a Child: $80

Insurance
We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC (BCBS NC) (including PPO plans except for BlueHome, BlueLocal, and BlueValue), Cigna, Tricare, and UnitedHealthcare.
No Surprise Act
Under the No Surprises Act (H.R. 133 – effective January 1, 2022), healthcare providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill in writing at least one business day before providing medical items and services, including therapy services.
This “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) shows the costs of items and services you can reasonably expect for your healthcare needs.
You can receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services or ask for one before scheduling an item or service.
The GFE does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You may experience additional charges if complications or exceptional circumstances occur.
If you receive a bill of at least $400 more than your GFE, you may dispute or appeal the bill. You may contact the health care provider or facility listed to let them know the billed charges are higher than the GFE.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged $75. Your health insurance company will not cover this charge.
Payment
We accept cash, checks, Health Savings Account (HSA), and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is expected at the time of service. For clients who pay out-of-pocket for services or use HSA, we can provide them with a superbill (i.e., standard diagnostic and procedure codes, the times we met, my charges, and payments) for reimbursement by their health insurance company or HSA, if applicable.
